TITAN GRADE 2 is a pure titan for medical use. It is well indicated for dental, medical, eyewear, watchmaking, jewelry and aeronautic industry.

Diameters: 1.00 – 15.00 mm
Tolerances: ISO h8 (up to h5)
Delivery conditions: in cold drawn or ground 3m bars and Coils

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

Tensile Strength: 500 – 600 N/mm2 , depends on diameter
Cutting speed: 80 – 100 m/min
Infeed: 0.1 – 0.2 mm/revolution
Cutting corner: 5° – 10° it is recommended to use polished tools
